We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our PVC and EVA injection moulding operations. You will lead a team of operators and ensure production targets are met while maintaining the quality standards TEEMA is known for.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily production on the injection moulding floor
Coordinate machine operators and support staff across shifts
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order fulfilment
Conduct quality checks to catch defects early
Maintain machine uptime through preventive maintenance coordination
Report production metrics to the Production Manager
Ensure all work follows health and safety guidelines
Requirements
3+ years experience in a manufacturing production environment
Familiarity with injection moulding machines (PVC or EVA preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Basic computer literacy for production tracking
